The following Terms and Conditions are effective from 01.05.25. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Spinando website. By accessing and using the website, you confirm your acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The website https://www.spinando.com (referred to as "Casino," "Website," "Company," "We," "Us," and "Our") is owned and operated by Hollycorn N.V., a company registered under the laws of Curaçao, with registration number 144359 and registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. Hollycorn N.V. operates under a license and is regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (license no. OGL/2023/176/0095).

In the event multiple language versions of these Terms and Conditions exist, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility to Play

Spinando accepts players exclusively from countries and regions where online gambling is legally permitted.

Use of Player’s Account

Each player may only create and maintain one user account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and cancellation of winnings. Any bonus, winnings, or returns gained while using a duplicate account may be reclaimed.

The Casino may deny a deposit refund request if it discovers a duplicate account.

Players may not allow any third party, including minors, to access or use their account. The Website is intended for personal use only and shall not be used for commercial purposes.

Nicknames containing offensive, obscene, commercial, or promotional language are not permitted. The Casino reserves the right to edit such nicknames or suspend accounts in the case of repeated violations.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, the Casino may contact the user by phone. If the user remains unreachable for two weeks following a withdrawal request and verification is not completed, the account may be locked until the KYC requirements are satisfied.

The Casino reserves the right to withhold access to accounts and freeze funds until the account is fully verified.

Anti-fraud policy

The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions, including but not limited to:

  • Participating in any type of collusion with other players. Development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings.
  • Fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers.
  • Charge back procedures with a credit card or denial of some payments made.
  • Going bankrupt in the country of their residence.
  • Providing incorrect information about personal data during registration.
  • Low-risk roulette play occurs when the player places equal bets on both black and red or even and odd, covering 25 or more out of 37 numbers on the table. (Placing bets on both black and red covers 36 of 37 possible numbers).
  • Other types of cheating.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the user account and suspend all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company, and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions. The Company also reserves the right to inform regulatory bodies of any fraudulent actions taken by the player.

In the event of a chargeback, the casino reserves the right to:

  • Charge the player an amount equivalent to the player's available balance funds to compensate for damages and expenses resulting from the chargeback;
  • Claim further damages and financial losses from the player by contacting them via one of the methods provided during the registration process (i.e., phone, e-mail, etc.);
  • Close the player's account and/or discard all and any winnings gained as a result of such an action or attempt to perform such an action.

The casino administration reserves the right to contact its players if necessary for verification purposes. The account will not be verified, and the winnings will not be processed until the manager is contacted (the call will be made to the phone number provided for the player's account).

If the phone number is invalid or missing, which may raise suspicions of fraud, the casino reserves the right to terminate the account and confiscate any winnings. If the player does not complete the procedure within two weeks, the account will be permanently closed, and the winnings will be confiscated. Such actions may help reduce fraudulent activities and prevent negative practices in the future.

Suppose a player has a duplicate account with bonuses, the same ID, or has used multiple accounts in the same browser, or has employed a similar playing scheme across both accounts. In such cases, the casino reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold the winnings. If a customer avails themselves of registration free spins while their country differs from the IP address, the casino administration reserves the right to terminate such accounts and withhold the winnings to prevent negative practices in the future. If a customer or group of customers is suspected of abusing a promotion, Spinando reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings.

Abusing a promotion means:

  • Making maximum allowed bets on high variance games in order to increase balance;
  • Decreasing stake after a big hit and switching to a low variance game;
  • Making deposits with only bonus promotions without free cash deposits;
  • Customer bonus ratio (deposits : bonuses) is more than 50%;
  • Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements;
  • Leaving large bets on the table, for example, in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed;
  • Playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play;
  • Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.

The Casino has zero tolerance for advantage play. Any player who tries to gain an advantage from casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that the Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses for the following reasons:

The Casino reserves the right to close your Player Account and to refund to you the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at the Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

The Casino reserves the right to retain payments if there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. The Casino reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website.

Casino management may request documents (such as ID, payment systems, and utility bills) in either the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet to verify a player's account. If the player does not have the opportunity to provide documents in the above-mentioned alphabets, the casino reserves the right to request video verification, in which the player shows their documents.

Should you become aware of any possible errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, you agree to report to the Casino any error or incompleteness immediately. Should you fail to fulfill such obligations, the Casino has the right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification.

Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times (player must place bets three times their deposit amount) before they can withdraw the funds related to this deposit. If multiple deposits were made without any gaming activity, the player must wager the total amount of these deposits before a withdrawal can be processed. Otherwise, the Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge a fee for the processing of the deposit(s) and the withdrawal requested.

Deposits

Spinando Casino offers a wide range of payment methods, including VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as multiple electronic wallets. The minimum deposit amount is $10/€20. The maximum deposit amount depends on the chosen payment method.

Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited. Players are required to use only payment accounts, bank cards (VISA/MasterCard), Skrill/NETELLER wallets, or other methods that are registered under their own name. If it is determined during a security check that this rule has been violated, the player’s winnings will be confiscated, and the original deposit will be refunded to the owner of the payment method used.

Spinando is not responsible for any funds lost due to deposits made from third-party accounts.

Withdrawal / Refund Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is $/€10, and the maximum depends on the payment method selected. If the requested amount exceeds the limitations of the selected payment method, the payout will be completed in installments.

Although withdrawals are processed promptly, please note that some payment options may take up to 3 business days to process.

If a player deposits using a credit or debit card and the withdrawal amount is equal to or less than the deposit amount, the Casino reserves the right to process the refund directly back to the card used. Any amount exceeding the deposit may be paid via alternative methods. The Casino reserves the right to verify the player’s identity before processing any payouts. In the event of false information, the withdrawal may be refused, and the player’s account may be terminated, with notification provided via email.

Players’ actions may be reported to relevant regulatory bodies when required by applicable law.

The website supports withdrawals via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) for Visa and Payment Transfer for MasterCard. To use this feature, the credit card must not be a corporate card and must be issued in a country where it is supported.

The internal operating currency of Spinando is the Euro. Transactions made in currencies other than the base currency may be subject to slight variations due to currency exchange and conversion rates applied by banks or payment processors. The Casino reserves the right to remove a supported currency by providing players with a 7-day notice. All balances will then be converted to Euro. Any pending withdrawals or requests made after the notice will be processed in Euro or another supported currency.

Withdrawals made via bank transfer may, in exceptional cases, be subject to intermediary bank charges, which are out of the Casino’s control. These charges may be up to the equivalent of €16.

The Company reserves the right to verify a player’s identity prior to processing a payout. Verification may include submitting documents (such as ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership), taking a selfie, or participating in a live video call. If verification fails, the account will be closed, and any winnings will be confiscated. If false data is provided, the withdrawal will be declined, and the account will be terminated.

Due to payment provider restrictions, the minimum withdrawal amount for wire transfers is 500 USD/EUR/AUD. Maximum withdrawal limits are as follows:

  • 4,000 USD/EUR/NZD/AUD/CAD per day
  • 16,000 USD/EUR/NZD/AUD/CAD per week
  • 50,000 USD/EUR/NZD/AUD/CAD per month

These limits may be lifted or increased based on VIP status as stated in the promotional Terms & Conditions. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full, regardless of these limits.

For players with active self-exclusion or account restrictions (e.g., maximum loss, wager, deposit, or bet limits), the following withdrawal limits apply:

  • 500 USD/EUR/NZD/AUD/CAD per day
  • 1,500 USD/EUR/NZD/AUD/CAD per week
  • 5,000 USD/EUR/NZD/AUD/CAD per month

These limits also apply to accounts considered inactive, which are those without deposits, gameplay, or wagering activity for 30 consecutive days or more.

Lastly, Spinando is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account balances. The casino also does not provide currency exchange services, including fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversions.

Refund Policy

A refund request will only be considered if it is submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the disputed transaction, or within thirty (30) calendar days if the Player claims that another individual has accessed their account.

If the account was funded via Credit Card, the Casino reserves the right to treat all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as refunds against the original purchase transactions. Amounts exceeding the total deposit will be paid through one of the Casino’s available alternative withdrawal methods.

Before processing a refund, all bonuses and any winnings associated with the refunded amount will be deducted from the Player’s account. If the casino or its payment processors deem any Credit Card transactions to present a security or legal risk, refunds will be issued back to the cardholder, and the relevant authorities will be notified.

All expenses incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the Player.

Dormant Accounts

An account is deemed dormant if there has been no login or logout activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. In such cases, the Casino reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of €10, or the equivalent in the account’s currency, from the Player’s balance, provided the balance is positive.

This fee will be charged starting the month after the account becomes inactive and will continue to be charged monthly until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. The Player authorizes the Casino to apply these deductions accordingly.

Expiry Period

Players agree that any claims or causes of action related to these Terms and Conditions, or services provided by the Casino, must be filed within one (1) calendar year from the date the claim or cause of action arose.

Complaints

Players may contact the customer support team through the methods provided on the Website with complaints about Casino services. The support team handles complaints first, and if they are not resolved immediately, they may be escalated internally for further review.

Only the registered account holder may initiate a complaint. It is strictly prohibited to assign, transfer, or sell a complaint to a third party. Complaints made through third parties will be rejected. In the event of a dispute, the logs and records of the Casino’s server shall serve as the final authority. If there is a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Player’s screen and the result logged by the game server, the latter shall prevail. The Casino’s records shall be final in determining the outcome of any gaming activity.

The Casino will contact the Player using the details provided in their account when communicating the result of any such disputes.

Non-Transferability

Players may not assign, pledge, or transfer any rights, claims, or obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions or use of the Website without prior written consent from the Casino.

This includes—but is not limited to—the transfer of account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, and any related legal or financial claims. This prohibition extends to all forms of encumbrance, including gifting, pledging, trading, hypothecation, or involvement of third parties or fiduciaries in such transfers.

This non-transferability clause is in accordance with Article 83, paragraph 2, of Book 3 of the Civil Code.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising between the Player and the Casino—including those involving successors in title—shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Cyprus in accordance with the Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.

The above provisions cover all issues related to disputes, future agreements, and actions about the Terms and Conditions of Spinando.
